Low season is October - March.

High season is April - September.

Our lowest rate is midweek in low season. Our highest rate is weekends in high season.

Our retreat sleeps up top 24 people in the Spring and Summer and 22 in the Autumn and Winter. This is with people sharing rooms and beds.

We have capacity for 16 in the house, 6 across our two cabins and 4 in our luxury bell tent.

Yes we have a two night minimum stay for all seasons.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm and check-out is before 10.30am. We offer early check-ins and late check-outs for £100 per hour.

We have our very own chef who can come to the retreat and cook for your group. Please ask us and we will check their availability. If they are available, we’ll hand it over to you to communicate with them what type of menu you’d like.

We have a masseuse, who will come to the retreat. We can arrange this for you at the time of booking.

We also have a yoga teacher and a breathwork practitioner.

Our owner is a music producer with a world class studio so we can also arrange studio sessions.

Yes we offer a discount for past guests, please enquire upon booking.

We provide towels.

We provide tea, coffee, some herbs and spices and olive oil.

We recommend you bring walking shoes as there are some fantastic walks right from the doorstep.

Bring your swimwear for the hot tub and cold plunge! And for sea swims as we are just a 7 minute drive to the beach.

Please bring your own toiletries.

Refund policy for cancellations. 

Should you need to cancel your stay after the contract has begun, the group leader must immediately advise us in writing.  As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking the cancellation charges will be 20% of the booking total if prior to 16 weeks before stay. Within 16 weeks, we will refund 50%. Within 8 weeks there is no refund. If extenuating circumstances occur we are happy to switch dates.
